	- Holding the Blue Raiders to three batters in the bottom of the second, the Great Danes tied the score in the third.

	- After being hit by a pitch, sophomore Caitlyn Frederick made her way around the bases to be ready as Morgan Petty sent the ball into center field - far enough to drive Frederick home after it was caught for the sacrifice fly.

	- MTSU extended its lead with a home run in the bottom of the third.

	- As the Great Danes were unable to get on base in the fourth and the fifth, the Blue Raiders claimed a 6-2 lead.

	- Caitlyn Mitros hit a two-out single to drive in Wendi Hammond in the seventh inning but it wasn't enough and MTSU took the win, 6-3.
