UAlbany Communications and Marketing Three to Compete in Young Women's Field Hockey National Championship UAlbany Sports Information 06-06-2017 Related Links Tournament Page Sign Up For Free Email Updates LANCASTER, Pa. – Three UAlbany field hockey players are set to compete in the Young Women's National Championship in Pennsylvania next week. Dana Bozek, Camryn Dias and Melissa Nealon will all compete in the tournament, which will take place from June 12-16 at the Spooky Nook Sports Complex in Lancester, Pennsylvania. They are three of 102 players across the country to compete in this championship. To be eligible, you must have college eligibility remaining. This tournament serves as a selection opportunity for the 2017-18 U21 U.S. National Team, the U.S. Women's National Development Squad and the U.S. Women's National Team. Anna Bottino and Jaclyn Hibbs formerly competed in this tournament in 2015. Bottino earned a place on the U21 U.S. National Team with her performance, one of 21 players to make the team that year. Teams and schedules will be released at a later date.
