Last time out, the Danes were in warmer weather at the Anuenue Spring Invitational in Kapalua, HI. The University at Albany placed 15/15 with tough competition competing against top schools like UCLA, Arizona State, and San Jose State. The Great Danes finished with team scores of 328-318-319 (965, +101). Annie Songuen Lee was the top golfer for the Great Danes with scores of 77-77-79 (233, +17).
This tournament should excite competition, as most of the teams competing at Hartford do not have the advantage of practicing outside for the majority of the season, compared to previous competition faced this season.
