Women's Basketball Announces Non-Conference Slate
ALBANY, N.Y. – Entering her second season at the helm of the UAlbany women’s basketball program, Head Coach Colleen Mullen has released her squad’s 13-game non-conference slate for the upcoming 2019-2020 season.
This season the Great Danes’ schedule returns a familiar foe as crosstown rival Siena is slated to host UAlbany on Dec. 7. The non-conference schedule features seven games in friendly confines, and seven contests against in-state opponents.
“I’m excited to announce our non-conference schedule for this upcoming season,” said Mullen. “We have some talented opponents lined up that we feel will prepare us to compete at a high level when America East games begin. We have seven in-state opponents including Syracuse and are looking forward to starting back up a series with our local rivals, Siena College. It’s going to be an exciting but challenging non-conference slate for our young team.”
