In 2017, Frink assisted the offense to average 13.5 goals per game en route to a 12-6 overall record and the program's second-ever at-large berth into the NCAA Tournament.  Sarah Martin earned America East Midfielder of the Year and a First Team All-American by the IWLCA and Inside Lacrosse after ranking second in Division I with 6.06 points per game.  Two UAlbany players ranked in the top-10 in Division I in goals per game, assists per game and shot percentage.  Offensive players Dakotah Savitcheff, Kenzie Neal and Emma Powlin also earned America East All-Conference honors.

In her first season as an assistant in 2016, Frink helped the UAlbany offense to rank second in the America East with 11.76 goals per game.  Three UAlbany offensive players, Rachel Bowles, Alie Jimerson and Dakotah Savitcheff earned IWLCA All-Northeast Region honors plus America East All-Conference honors, with Bowles and Savitcheff each being placed on the First Team.  She helped the team go 11-6 overall and reach the America East title game.

She previously spent three years as an assistant coach at Davidson University.  With the Wildcats, Frink guided Davidson through the transition to the Atlantic 10 conference in 2015 from the Big South. Frink coached the Wildcats to a 13-1 record in Big South play from 2013-14. The 2014 squad set a new program record for total wins with 12 behind the offensive efforts of Ann Fucigna and Emily Cooke. The duo under Frink's direction now ranks first and second, respectively at Davidson in career points.

Frink spent the 2011-12 season at Longwood, where she coached two All-National Lacrosse Conference selections in Kathleen Battle and Hannah Riggs.

Frink was a key component of the regular season undefeated UAlbany women's lacrosse squad of 2011. She led the America East in points (83) and assists (49) en route to the Purple & Gold's first league tournament championship. At attack, she was a 2011 IWLCA All-Region selection as well as an America East All-Conference First Team selection her senior season.

Frink ranks among the program's all-time leaders in career points (171) and assists (82) in 66 games played in the Great Dane uniform. She was an integral part of UAlbany's first program wins in 2009 and 2011 against nationally-ranked opponents.

An Under Armour All-American out of high school, the Baldwinsville, N.Y., native received her degree in sociology from UAlbany in 2011.
