Suffern, N.Y.- UAlbany golf finished 13th at the Roar-ee Invitational with two-day score of +136 (360-352-712) on Saturday, April 14 at Spook Rock Golf Course. Senior Stephanie Klein finished with a team-best two-round 167 (85-82). The Great Danes will prepare for the MAAC Championships which begin on Friday, April 27.
After Klein's T-41st finsih of 167, sophomore Lisa Agoglia (89-86-175) and senior Annemarie Kissane (89-90-179) followed with finishes of 55th and tied for 63rd. Sophomore Alana Calmi (97-94-191) and freshman Cassie Orlan (104-102-206) rounded out the squard with finshes of 72nd and 75th, respectively.
Overall, Harvard placed first out of the 14 qualifying squads with a two-round score of +24 (306-294-600), followed by Columbia +30 (309-297-606) and St. John's +49 (313-312-625) to round out the top three in the invitational.
Michelle Piyapattra of Columbia finshed first for the tournament with two-round EVEN score (75-69-144). Jane Lee of Harvard plus-1 (75-70-145) and Harlin Lee of St. John's plus-four (73-75-148) round out the top three players of the invitational.
