Pryal has served as a UAlbany strength and conditioning coach since September 2013. She primarily works with women's basketball, volleyball, women's lacrosse, women's soccer, softball, cheerleading and the dance team, also assisting with football.
Previous to UAlbany, Pryal was the head strength and conditioning coach at Nazareth Academy in Philadelphia from 2012-13. She interned at Penn State University in 2010, the College of the Holy Cross in 2011, the University of Tennessee in 2011 and the University of Hartford from 2011-12.
She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Assocation and is certified in adult first aid/CPR/AED from the American Red Cross.
Pryal graduated from Penn State University in 2010 with a bachelor's of science in kinesiology. She is currently working on her Master's Degree in exercise science and sports science with a specialization in strength and conditioning from Springfield College.
