Pezzulo returned to action at the Shamrock Invitational, where she placed ninth in the 3,000m in 10:34.13. She next placed fourth in the 5,000m in 18:17.90 at Connecticut’s Northeast Challenge. She ran her first 10,000m of the season at the Mt. SAC Relays, placing 26th in the collegiate division in a season-best 37:13.00. She placed fifth in the 3,000m in 10:24.62 at the Capital District Classic before placing third in the 5,000m in a season-best 17:23.26 at the America East Outdoor Championships. At UAlbany’s Purple & Gold Last Chance Meet, Pezzulo placed second in the 3,000m in a season-best 10:18.43. Her season ended at ECAC Outdoor Championships, where she placed 20th in the 10,000m in 37:46.36.

Pezzulo opened the cross country season with a victory in dual meet against Binghamton, where she navigated the 5K course in 18:49.0. She ran her season-best 6K at Lehigh’s Paul Short Invitational, crossing the line 38th in 21:03.8. After placing fourth in 18:21.9 at UAlbany’s XC Invitational, Pezzulo earned All-Conference honors at the America East XC Championship by placing seventh in a season-best 5K of 17:57.1. Pezzulo ended the season at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships, placing 70th in 21:44.5 for 6K.
Pezzulo opened the season at the Texas State Bobcat Invitational, where she placed 11th in the 3,000m in 10:46.88. She won the 5,000m at UAlbany’s home dual meet against Colgate in 18:03.64. At the Upstate Classic, Pezzulo placed second in the 3,000m in a season-best 10:19.64. Pezzulo earned her second victory of the season at UAlbany’s Spring Classic, in the 5,000m with a season-best time of 17:42.53. She then placed fourth in the 1,500m in 4:53.79 at the Capital District Classic. At the America East Outdoor Championships, Pezzulo placed ninth in the 5,000m in 18:03.24. Pezzulo’s season ended at UAlbany’s Purple & Gold Last Chance Meet, where she placed fourth in the 5,000m in 18:18.93.
Pezzulo opened the season at the Penn State Indoor Relays, where she placed seventh in the mile in 5:21.74. In her next meet, UAlbany’s Great Dane Classic, Pezzulo placed 14th in the 3,000m in 10:30.20 and third as a member of the distance medley relay that finished in 12:17.72. At Cornell’s Upstate Challenge, Pezzulo placed 26th in the mile in 5:26.56 and third as a member of the 4x800m relay team that finished in 9:42.74. Pezzulo placed 11th in the 3,000m in her next two consecutive meets. She finished in 10:17.72 at the Columbia Invitational and then finished in 10:14.15 at the Collegiate Invitational. At the America East Indoor Championships, Pezzulo’s final meet of the season, she placed ninth in the 3,000m in a season-best 10:10.84.
Pezzulo began her UAlbany career in the season opener at Binghamton for the America East Pre-Conference Meet, where she placed ninth overall, running her season-best 5K of 19:10.6. She ran her season-best 6K at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championship, finishing 137th in 22:42.9.
