Through three meets this winter, senior Pat McNish, sophomore Alexander Bowen,
and junior Kathryn Fanning have all bested program records.
• At the Great Dane Classic (1/18), McNish's long jump leap of 19-09.50 tied a
record she had set a year ago at the ECAC Division I Championships (3/3).
• Bowen is the only UAlbany athlete to ever clear seven feet in the high jump
and has done so in each of the last two meets. He set the program standard at
7-01.00 at the Penn State Nittany Lion Challenge (1/12).
• Fanning has shattered two program records this season. Already the top mile
runner in history, Fanning bested her time by six seconds at the Nittany Lion Challenge
(1/12), finishing in 4:45.88. In addition, Fanning broke the 1,000m record at
the Great Dane Classic (1/18) with a time of 2:46.70.

high jump title with a leap of 7-00.50. The Beacon, N.Y. native cleared 7-01.00
the week prior at the Nittany Lion Challenge, representing the top jump in the
