Jessica Longstreth Repeats as America East Conference Field Hockey Player of the Week

CAMBRIDGE, MASS. -- University at Albany's Jessica Longstreth tallied seven points in two games to earn America East Conference Field Hockey Player of the Week honors for the second consecutive week.

Longstreth, a graduate student from Richboro, Pa., scored two goals and recorded three assists to lead UAlbany to a 2-0 week en route to earning her second Player of the Week recognition. The forward assisted on Corrine McConville's goal in a 1-0 victory over America East rival Maine on Saturday, which earned the Great Danes a spot in the upcoming America East Championship. On Sunday, Longstreth talled two goals and a pair of assists to guide the Great Danes to a 6-1 win over Yale.
