The University at Albany track & field program is set to begin the 2018 outdoor season with two meets at the tail end of Spring Break. After a one-year hiatus, the Great Danes will return to Myrtle Beach for the Shamrock Invitational while a smaller group will visit Puerto Rico for the Spring Break Classic.
The UAlbany track & field team placed second in the women's team competition and seventh in the men's at the IC4A and ECAC Indoor Championships while setting a handful of school records to close the indoor season.
